Dallas was injected in an attempt to get him sound. He has navicular disease in both front feet, meaning his navicular bone and the surrounding tissues are deteriorating resulting in inflammation. In a worst case scenario this disease can be debilitating and cause lameness. So far his prognosis has been good. His vet visit cost $1200, but it is worth every penny to keep him in the best shape we can. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated to help cover his vet fees.
